Changes to orders can occur at different stages of the order process.
The guide below defines a timeline within the production process and the costs associated with requesting changes.
Please note that to avoid additional charges it is important to finalize your order details at the time of ordering:
Order quantity – Late product additions can incur additional shipping fees if your order has already shipped from our supplier. Product changes or additions can also incur additional costs such as set up fees and screen charges in the event that your order has already reached production or has already been embellished.
Product sizes and colors – Changes to size requirements after order shipment can incur additional shipping fees as well as restocking fees and return freight. Size changes or additions can also incur additional costs such as set up fees and screen charges if your order has already reached production or has already been embellished.
Art adjustments after final approval – Art adjustments after final approval are subject to a second art fee equivalent to or greater than the original art fee based on the changes required. If the adjustments occur after the screens have been exposed (screen-printing) or the stitch file has been digitized (embroidery) there may also be a secondary fee for the screen preparation and digitizing.
Additional product after order completion – In the event that additional product is required after the order is completed, there will be shipping, set-up, and less than minimum (12-piece minimum) fees applied.
