Screen printing at first glance and in its simplest form can appear to be just that – simple. On the contrary, screen printing is an art form involving creativity, technique, science, and skill.
With every pull of the squeegee, we carefully calculate pressure, angle, and speed. Layer upon layer, we calibrate our flash cure units precisely in time, temperature, and clearance to assure the proper flash in preparation for the next colour.
During the process, we observe carefully for proper ink transfer thickness per layer in order to achieve a smooth and level finished product.
Once the garment has been fully embellished, meaning it has been printed with all its elements and colours, it must then be passed through our meticulously calibrated ovens. The garments are placed on Kevlar conveyor belts and run through the heat chambers at a digitally pre-set temperature and conveyor speed.
We do not sacrifice time for quality. There is no trade-off for quality. We run maximum dwell times (slowest belt speeds) with lower temperatures to ensure a deep cure without damaging the delicate fibres of your garments.
Once they have been heat-cured, the garments are inspected and packaged for delivery.
In order to be the best in the industry, we must demonstrate discipline and take great pride in every single print, as though we intend to wear the garment ourselves.
